Refund & Service Policy
At Polish Kings Auto Detail & Customs, we provide professional automotive detailing services as well as select physical products sold through our online store.
Please review our refund policy carefully before booking services or purchasing products.
Service Appointments
Due to the labor-intensive nature of our automotive services, all completed services are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or returns on completed services including but not limited to:
Auto detailing
Paint correction
Ceramic coating services
Window tint services
Liquid paint protection
Trim restoration
Touch-up paint services
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Approved cancellations may transfer the deposit one time toward a future appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Weather-related appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Customer Satisfaction
If you have concerns about a completed service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and may offer corrective action at our discretion.
Corrective action does not guarantee a refund.
Physical Product Sales
All physical product sales are subject to inspection upon delivery.
If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return consideration:
Item must be unused
In original packaging
In the same condition it was shipped
Proof of purchase must be provided
Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
Sports cards (all sales final)
Graded cards
Sealed collectible products
Limited edition sneakers
Used sneakers
Clearance items
Custom ordered products
Gift cards
We do not accept returns on new sneakers under any circumstances.
Due to market fluctuations and collectible value changes, sports card sales are strictly non-refundable.
Shipping Policy for Physical Products
Once an order has been shipped, Polish Kings Auto Detail & Customs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping damages caused by the shipping provider.
Tracking will be provided when available.
Service Limitations & Liability
Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and prior treatment of the vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing paint defects, weakened clear coat, trim wear, prior bodywork, rock chips, scratches, oxidation, or manufacturer defects discovered during service.
